We make every effort to accurately display product details, including colours and images, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to variations in device displays.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment: We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Clearpay (interest free instalments) and Klarna. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

If you do not wish for your card to be charged automatically for future payments, please ensure you do not select the option to save your payment details or contact us to revoke authorisation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and are shown during checkout.

Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition and packaging.
